Please help. I chose a day to transfer my old number to my new contract with id mobile and waited on the day, having given you the PAC code a few days earlier than the scheduled swap over. Nothing happened on a Friday so I assumed it would be today but still the idmobile number on the idmobile esim I've purchased. Pls help.
