I used the PAC code to switch my phone, had emails/messages to confirm the switch but some contacts who I ring still see the new number I’ve been given and not my old one.

My phone number has only stayed the same for some contacts

Could you kindly please confirm the make and model of your handset.
Please also confirm if you have checked the settings of your handset to see if the number has updated to the ported number, if the number is still showing the temporary iD Mobile number please try manually changing it to the number that has ported.

Thank you for getting in touch. I have an iPhone 17.
I have checked my settings and it’s showing as the new number with the sim, not my old one. However, it won’t let me edit it. Thanks again!
