my phone service has been down for 5 days now

I live in postcode area WN8 and my id mobile phone service has been down for over 5 days now. When I look on status checker it says you are looking at an issue in this area, but there are never any updates. What is the issue and when is it going to get resolved?

    Thanks for your response, but as I said in my original post, it has been saying that for 5 days. Are there any timescales as to when this is going to be resolved please?
