My sim hasn’t arrived but my number switch happened on the 4th nov.
On the royal tracking info it says they have had the package since Saturday. It still hasn’t been delivered. What do I do? I’m paying for an ID mobile sim and I can’t use the service

    Hi @Lucytyne

I do apologize for any inconvenience caused to you in relation to the sim card not being received while your number is transferred over to the iD mobile network.
We would have to access the account in order to assist further.

If you’d like some further support with this, please get in touch via our Socials (Facebook or Instagram), Live Chat, Community, or email us at socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk and outline the details of your query. We’d love the opportunity to put things right for you.

    Thanks,

    Hosai

It’s the fault of Czech owned Royal Mail, not id.
