My wife just ordered sim only contract but wants to keep same number, how can we do that.

Hi ​@Chris Pamplin, 

 

To switch to iD Mobile using the app, activate your new SIM via the app and log in. Navigate to the "Plan" section, select "Switch to iD," enter your PAC code from your old network, and choose a transfer date. You can do this at any time, but it's quickest to do after your new SIM is active.
