My wife just ordered sim only contract but wants to keep same number, how can we do that.

Thank you for getting in touch with us. 

 

Kindly note that you wife will need to request the PAC from her current provider.

Steps for Porting-In via the iD Mobile App:

Log in: Open the iD Mobile app.
Find the switch option: Tap on the 'Plan' section and select 'Switch to iD'.
Enter details: Select "I want to keep my old number (PAC)," then enter the phone number you are keeping and the PAC code.
Choose your date: Select a preferred date for the switch (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays
