I keep being blocked when trying to access the chatbot while abroad and cannot find any other means of contact.
I would like to request to return my new phone, as the camera is worse than expected (I bought an IPhone 17, but now think I need an IPhone 17 Pro), and I need to request the return now to be within the 14 day period stipulated for this.
