I’m sorry you’ve had trouble getting this sorted I can imagine that’s frustrating, especially after multiple attempts.

 

You can request your PAC code (Porting Authorisation Code) in a couple of simple ways:

 

📱 By text (quickest method)

Text PAC to 65075
You should receive your PAC code by text within a few minutes.

 

📲 Via the iD Mobile app

  1. Log in to the iD Mobile app
  2. Go to “Account”
  3. Select “Leave iD / PAC Code”
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to request your code

Once requested, your PAC is valid for 30 days, and you can give it to your new network to transfer your number.

 

If you’re still not receiving the text after several attempts, it’s worth checking:

  • You have signal when sending the message
  • Premium/short code messaging isn’t blocked on your account
  • Your bill cap isn’t restricting service
