Hi,

I have a mobile number which I use for my day to day at EE, and I also have a ID Mobile Sim which I use for back up and for when I go abroad.

My ID Mobile is coming up to 1 year old

Even though its coming up to 1 year old of a 2 year contract, can I still port my number from EE over to replace the ID number, which I don’t really use, I only use it for Data etc at the moment.

You sure can! You can port a number over at anytime.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with iD Mobile or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. Did my comment help answer your question? If so, don't forget to mark the response as the Most Helpful Answer.

    Hi @mf14,

    Welcome to the Community!

You can port a number from another network into iD Mobile to replace the existing number. Just to advise the old iD Mobile will be gone permanently and replaced with the EE number. You can port your number into iD Mobile anytime whilst the contract is active as @WelshPaul advised.
