New address not updated for delivery

I have updated my address but at checkout it is still showing my old address how can I fix this?

I am so sorry to hear of the issues regarding your order. 

 

Once an order has been placed and accepted, we’re unfortunately unable to change any of the details on the order, including the delivery or billing address.

 

To get this corrected, the order would usually need to be cancelled and a new order placed using the correct address details. We’d recommend contacting our Sales Team, who can assist you further with the cancellation and reordering process.
