new contract for existing customer but rejected as saying so r have enough payment history

Tried to get a new contract and been told rejected as need 90 days payment history with my account. I've been with you over 2 years so I think I've got that covered.

Unfortunately, there can be lots of reasons why you might be declined credit, ​@Laurajayjay18

Have you checked your credit history with one of the credit reference agencies. Credit history is just one element in the credit worthiness checks at iD.

If you’ve been with us for over two years, you should indeed have the required payment history. However, in some cases, applications are rejected due to the results of a credit check.
