If you would like to keep your old number from Three and move it onto your new iD Mobile plan, you would first need to request a PAC code from your previous provider.

Once you have the PAC code, please contact our Live Chat team who will be able to process the number transfer for you.

Once the transfer has been submitted, the number will usually move across within 1 working day, although this can sometimes take slightly longer depending on when the request is made.
