I am receiving my new phone this Saturday.  How do I keep the same number and do I need a new plan. It is a Samsung s26+ so do I need a sim card?

    Hi ​@Troyskiuk,

     

    If this is an upgrade with iD Mobile, you can simply pop your current SIM card into your new Samsung S26+ and it will continue working with your existing number and plan ,no need to do anything else.

     

    If you’re joining iD Mobile from another network, you’ll need to request a PAC code your current provider. Once you have this, you can give it to iD Mobile to transfer your existing number over to your new iD SIM.

     

    In terms of the SIM, your Samsung S26+ will work with a SIM card, so you can just use the one provided (or your existing one if you’re upgrading).

    Thank you, I have an s20fe so that sim will fit. I should of mentioned phone I have right now  but if it will fit that's awesome.
