I have transferred from Smarty and bought a new iPhone 15 with an ID mobile SIM. I’m trying to register the IDMobile SIM, but haven’t got an actual number on any paperwork or emails. There was nothing on the SIM packaging either. I’ve tried checking the “my number” in settings, but my old number comes up. I’m absolutely stuck.

If you’ve transferred your old number over to us and that transfer has completed you should be able to register with that number within 24 hours of the transfer completing, has your transfer completed?
