New sim not working in a Nokia 2660

I received a new sim today, put it in my phone, a Nokia 2660 and the ID network doesn't show up and the sim is emergency calls only. The phone is on the compatibility list for 4G does anyone have any ideas why ID won't show when I do a manual network search?

Edit to add the sim works in a Samsung phone.

Amazon or an Amazon marketplace seller? There is a difference.

I did find this on Google:

    https://www.reddit.com/r/dumbphones/comments/15o45po/volte_does_not_work_on_nokia_2660_flip_4g_out_of/

Three website has the following page, so the model is supported.
    https://devicesupport.three.co.uk/guides/device/Nokia/2660Flip#l=threeukcust&lHsim=threeukcust&d=Nokia/2660%20Flip&hsimDevice=Nokia/2720%20Flip&s=LCX_Root&loc=threeuk&isMarket=true&hsimSpinner=true

I’m thinking you might have been sent a device that wasn’t meant for the UK market but it’s possible it’s just faulty.

    Hello @Lee1972

Thank you for getting in touch.

We are sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your new SIM.

Have you made sure any old SIMs’s including eSIMS have been removed from the handset?

Yep, only the new sim is in the phone. Tried factory reset, still can't even find the iD network, only shows EE, O2 and Vodafone.

Could you tell me where you bought the device from? Is it a grey import?

Amazon,  not sure it's a grey import, it came with a UK plug charger. Any way to tell if its a import?

Mine is a TA-1474. Does it need to be VoLTE? Mine doesn't have VoLTE in the settings so don't think it has it
