New to ID and need help…..

Hi New to ID. 
Had number porting completed confirmation text yesterday at around Noon.  But it doesn’t seem to of been completed as my phone is not able to get message from others apart from ID and my number is showing as the ID sim number when I message out….. any suggestions? Or shall I just throw my phone at the wall as getting frustrated lol
