New user 1 month unable to send or receive calls in Spain. Seems need to change settings in App but tried dozens of times to complete waiting for SMS code. Seems reading history an old problem. The message says may take a few minutes for the SMS but times out after 120 seconds - makes no sense. Have worked through initial new IPhone Air settings but this hasn’t helped. I am an older person doing my best with tech but very frustrating.
