I have been disconnected through falling on hard times and not being able to pay is they anyway I can pay a certain amount and get back to direct debit and reconnected

We’re really sorry to hear about what you’ve been through. Sadly, once an account has been fully disconnected, it can’t be reactivated, as it is permanently closed.

 

You’re more than welcome to take out a new plan with us if you wish, but the previous plan would no longer be accessible.
