If you have no back up phone or access to the internet, or people willing to help, how do you tell someone your phone has been taken?

To report a lost or stolen mobile to iD Mobile, you can call the Automated Phone Service on 0333 003 7777 from any phone. Alternatively, you can use the Live Chat service available weekdays from 9am-8pm and weekends and bank holidays from 9am-6pm. Once your report is processed, your SIM will be suspended, and the associated phone will be blacklisted, preventing unauthorised use and aiding in the recovery of your device.

id is an online only provider, so you need to find a location or friend with internet access to contact them via CHAT. There’s no phone support,
