Hi 

Id checker saying is problem in area (DN7)

Can't use phone calls internet not working.can someone tell me when I can find something about and refund or something is possible?

Vodafone is experiencing widespread outages, affecting all services. Customers are unable to access broadband, landlines, mobile calls, SMS, or mobile data. Their website and app are also down.
 

If you’re connected to iD Mobile via a Vodafone mast, your services are likely to be down too!
