No data for over 3 months. No id data even though I’m still paying for it has been gradually dropping out. I now can’t use my device when I leave my yard to go out. Since late August 2025 data I paid id Mobile for hasn’t been getting to my device.
I’ve done the troubleshooting, carefully, meticulously, over and over and over again. I’ve done EVERYTHING, and still as of December 2025 I ain’t getting no data, nothing, nada, zilch, n o t h i n g. I even paid for a one month add on of data thinking that I’m out of data. But no, I’m not out of data.
(1) I want my device to receive the data I pay id Mobile for every month.
(2) I want my money back for the add on I paid for and I want the add on cancelled because once an id Mobile customer pays for an add on, they can’t cancel it I want it cancelled.
(3) I also want 3 months money returned to me for a data I paid for but never received.
