no email confirmation and not able to speak to agent cause i dont have id number

Hello so i really need help i got a new phone contract and i never received my eSIM confirmation and i can’t speak to anyone because i don’t have a ID mobile number can anyone please help me

Thanks for getting in touch  and I’m really sorry for the trouble with your eSIM. Since SMS is needed to register your account and eSIMs can’t be transferred between devices, we recommend requesting a replacement eSIM for a phone that can receive SMS.
