In May I purchased a brand new contract. Offer was for free watch and airbuds alongside Samsung S25 Ultra. Was told items would arrive separately. Phone arrived - loads of hassles going live but eventually sorted. No sign of freebies. Chased and told they'd be sent. Have been chasing on/off since May! Put in complaint and now told offer never existed. Do I now have an expensive contract (because I'd calculated the cost including freebies). Have I been duped? Do I have any other way to resolve?
