In May I purchased a brand new contract. Offer was for free watch and airbuds alongside Samsung S25 Ultra. Was told items would arrive separately. Phone arrived - loads of hassles going live but eventually sorted. No sign of freebies. Chased and told they'd be sent. Have been chasing on/off since May! Put in complaint and now told offer never existed. Do I now have an expensive contract (because I'd calculated the cost including freebies). Have I been duped? Do I have any other way to resolve?

Thank you for your message. The only promotion that ran during that period in May for the Samsung S25 Ultra was for the Buds3 Pro, which ran from 16/04/2025 to 20/05/2025.

To receive the item, you needed to submit a claim directly with Samsung by 20/06/2025. As with most of our promotional items, the claim must be submitted to the manufacturer. If no claim was sent, unfortunately, we are unable to assist further. You can find the promotion details below.


Step 1:
Purchase a Samsung Galaxy S25, Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus or Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, and claim a Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro in Silver. Promotion runs between 16/04/2025 - 20/05/2025

Step 2:
Claims must be submitted by 20/06/2025 23:59 at https://www.samsungoffers.claims/sam/buds3prooffer

All participants must claim within 30 days of purchase. Offer is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Maximum 1 Claim per Promotion Product purchase.

If the purchase is returned, ‘Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro’ must also be returned.
