Hi

I've been with iD for a couple of years now and never had a problem until now. My Samsung a14 stopped working so I bought a new phone and everything is working great except for mobile data. My new phone is a Cubot KingKong Xpro 5g phone. I've tried everything that's been suggested in the forums but I just can't seem to get it to work. I get the Volte 4g and 5g icons. The post code I'm in is is G51 but always perfect previously.

Would really appreciate any help at all.

I’ve never heard of that make and model before. Unfortunately, you won’t receive any support for that device here. The official response will be that it’s not on the device approved list, so it’s unsupported. 
 

My advice would be go and ask Cubot for support.
