Why there been no network for three days in my area PO381LG and no service when will back on just been saying we are trying to fix this problem

I’ve checked the coverage for your postcode (PO38 1LG) and can confirm that there is currently an unplanned outage affecting 4G service in your area. This outage began on 11/10/2025 and may be impacting the coverage on your phone. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Unplanned outages can occur at any time due to unexpected system failures. These may result from hardware or software malfunctions, human error, or even cyberattacks. Unfortunately, due to the nature of these outages, we’re unable to provide advance notice.

Please note that the Three network, which we use, is responsible for carrying out the necessary work to resolve the issue. At this time, we do not have a confirmed timeframe for when the service will be fully restored.

We understand how frustrating this can be and truly apologize for any disruption this may have caused.

It doesn’t help not being able to make calls or receive important calls for the last three days so this have not helped me or the other people using this network in my area

@Trevor12  hello on no account post your phone number or and other personal information in an open forum.

Staff members will never ask for such detail in this way IDMobile staff can be identified by clicking on their username and you'll see a title stating ( iD Mobile Employee) along with their username.
