Network down agine

I am so sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your coverage. 

 

It may be worth it to try some troubleshooting, such as a network reset, the steps are below:


Android:
Open Settings and then tap General management. Tap Reset, and then tap Reset network settings.

 

iPhone:

1. Go to General, scroll down and click reset or transfer iPhone.
2. Reset
3. Reset Network Settings.
4. Once the iPhone is open.
5. Go to Settings
6. Messages Turn ON iMessage.
7.This will recognize the new sim and have it verified.

 

If this does not work, please share your full postcode so that we can check the coverage for that area.

I’ve checked the coverage in your area and the map shows that you should be receiving good indoor and outdoor coverage.

Remove and reinsert your SIM card
If possible, try your SIM in another phone to help determine whether the issue is with the handset or the SIM itself
