Hi I have set up new sim but it did not ask for my pac code to transfer old number?

I’m really sorry for the confusion ,with iD Mobile, the PAC code is usually entered during the number transfer (porting) process, not during SIM setup itself.

 

Please try these steps to transfer your old number:

Text “PAC” to 65075 from your old SIM to get your PAC code (if you haven’t already)
Once you receive the PAC code, log in to the iD Mobile app or contact support
Provide the PAC code and the mobile number you want to keep
Do not cancel your old SIM contract until the transfer is completed

 

Number transfers can take up to 24 hours once the PAC code is submitted.
