Hi, I have no network coverage (3G or 4G) on my phone, only Wi-Fi connection. Is there a problem in Aberdeen area?

Hi,

I would also checking the network network status in your area to see if there are ongoing issues.

These issues are usually temporary and last around 72 hours so if you still have issues after this time, please let us know.

Same for me in north london

Same here in Newcastle. I can just about make a call but the internet speed is 0.03 mbps.  This isn’t acceptable at all.  I’m getting fed up of the poor levels of service /signal.
