I’ve had no service for the last 24 hours without any clear reason why. I can make calls when connected to WiFi through WhatsApp but I have to connect to WiFi when out. I have unlimited data…

In the meantime, could you also try restarting your device, as this can often refresh the network connection and resolve temporary issues.

I have the same issue in Edinburgh. Have restarted phone and went to your live chatbot and followed all the steps - still nothing? I got service a little bit when I was in a different area of the city but my data didn’t work?! Extremely frustrating
