My switch date was yesterday and said it was completed however I have no signal and cannot send messages

@Ella11123  Welcome question did you test you area where your not received signal before coming over to ID Mobile?

Sometime the porting may be completed the following day regardless of your message stating it been done. There's a number of reasons why this may be happening to you. 

Turn your phone off for about 5 minutes and turn back on and manually scan for networks on your device and pick IDMobile to see if this make a difference.
