No signal No network

I switched to iD yesterday … have no signal and cannot connect to the internet or make calls unless I use wi-fi.

Looked at all previous threads and have followed the advice including turning off iMessage and resetting network settings plus turning phone off repeatedly and leaving off for 10 mins but nothing. 

It’s a nightmare. I will have to leave if this is not sorted as cannot run my business. 

Seems to be a common problem with iD
