No Sim no service on my new phone

my new phone says no sim no service. When I received the new phone the Sim card was creased by the delivery company

We’re really sorry to hear that your new phone is showing “No SIM / No Service” and that your SIM card was received damaged. We understand how frustrating this must be, especially when you’re trying to get set up.

 

As the SIM appears to be physically damaged (creased), this will likely be preventing your phone from registering on the network.

Please try the following:

  • Turn your phone off completely
  • Remove the SIM card and check it is not cracked or visibly damaged
  • Reinsert the SIM carefully, ensuring it sits correctly in the tray
  • Turn the phone back on and check again
  • If possible, try the SIM in another compatible handset to confirm if the issue is SIM-related
