no telephone on welcome email

I have placed an order for a new pay as you go eSIM but the welcome emails don’t have the phone number on them?

The SIM IS activated by placing it in your device, then the NETWORK will recognise and then show up in your device’s SIM settings on phone.
Or send text to someone in your house; it’ll show the number.

Yes, I agree with ​@Geluk . Once the eSIM is activated in your device, your number will automatically appear in your phone’s SIM settings. You can also confirm it by sending a text to someone,  your number will display there. No additional steps are needed to see the number in the emails.

Well if it had been that simple I wouldn’t be posting on here! The number wasn’t on the email or showing on the phone the esim has been installed on. I’ve tried your chat bot which just sends you round in circles! Please can I have the telephone number confirmation for my order or am I just better off logging a complaint?
