no voucher according to mobiles.co.uk

Hi I am not entitled to a voucher according to mobile.co.uk . When I took out the phone and contract the offer was for a free Fitbit charge watch and I think a £60 voucher but they are saying that wasn't the case . These are enhancements to gat you to take out a contract but as ever these companies will try and wriggle out of meeting their obligations

I do apologise that you have been advised you are not entitled to a voucher.

Please be advised that as the handset was purchased through mobiles.co.uk, the promotion is managed by them directly.

If you would like to escalate this matter further, you will need to contact mobiles.co.uk on 0330 678 0520, and they will be able to assist you further.

I have been in contact with them but they say that the voucher wasn't on the offer I took up

If the team has advised that the voucher was not included with the offer you selected, there is unfortunately not much we are able to do from our end. The only option I can advise, if you would like to take the matter further, would be to raise a formal complaint regarding this issue.
