No welcome email

Hi I joined I'd mobile through currys I have received my mobile today. I have not received the welcome email from I'd mobile I have just received a sim with no number on it, I need the welcome email to explain how to set phone up and keep number as it asks for transaction ID and ID mobile number which are apparently on the welcome email that I haven't received

They don’t seem to bother with such niceties any more.

Stick sim in your phone, and it’ll activate once network sees it.

Scroll through phone settings for SIM 1 and 2; one will show your new no. 🤣
