Not able to call mobile numbers in UK ?

I can make calls to landlines, iPhones and via WhatsApp, but I’m unable to call UK mobile numbers directly. My phone displays “Calling…”, but the call doesn’t connect and there’s no dial tone.

HI @26HVR,

If you're able to call landlines but not UK mobile numbers, it may be that your Bill Cap is preventing certain chargeable calls from connecting.

Please try increasing your Bill Cap:

Open the iD Mobile app.
Go to Bills.
Select Manage bill cap.
Increase the cap to an amount above £0.
Save the changes.
Restart your phone and try calling a UK mobile number again.
