Not able to receive one time passwords

Hi

I am new to ID mobile having come from an O2 sim only. I have an iPhone 15 plus but cannot receive any One Time Passwords. Normal text messages seem OK. Why is this? I have searched the internet for advice, checked settings and restarted my phone but it is rendering the phone useless given how much we rely on OTPs and 2 step authentication.

Hi ​@chapmank  sorry to hear this. Are you having trouble receiving certain OTP, or is it from all companies?

Hi. it seems to be any company or organisation - bank. government, etc.

Hey there ​@chapmank, sorry to hear that. When you go into phone settings, is your phone number showing correctly?

Under (iPhone) Settings - Mobile Service - My number - it has the number ID gave me, but I have used a PAC code to port over my previous number. Should I change the phone number to my previous number? thanks

@Tyler C I tried changing my number in the Mobile Service section but it won’t let me save it, it just reverts to the original ID Mobile issued number, thanks Karl
