HiI am new to ID mobile having come from an O2 sim only. I have an iPhone 15 plus but cannot receive any One Time Passwords. Normal text messages seem OK. Why is this? I have searched the internet for advice, checked settings and restarted my phone but it is rendering the phone useless given how much we rely on OTPs and 2 step authentication. thanks
