not receiving 0800 numbers

The one I’m having problems with currently is  Openreach, but looking back through my calls I’ve never had a call from any 0800 number!

Yes it goes straight to voicemail without even registering as a call on my recents. I don’t know if I have call forwarding on? I don’t have any problems getting other calls

To check call forwarding on your iPhone, follow these steps:
Go to Settings > Phone > Call Forwarding. 
Is there any chance you could have blocked the number?

I had blocked an 0800 number, it was a banking scam but I haven’t blocked any others
