I’m not receiving calls, they are going direct to voice mail, what’s happening please

Hi ID,

I am having the same issue since months and people are complaining that I do not answer my calls.

they seem to be going through to answerphone & I have missed urgent healthcare & family calls.

Is this to all mobile numbers and landlines?

Hi,

it’s incoming issue ie unable to hear calls or get thru to answer phone & also unable to connect other to mobiles & landlines randomly! 

This is now urgent with my child in hospital & I have missed major appointments from GP & hospital (usually unknown numbers) so I am really paying heavily on this issue of ID mobile.

please refund me last 5 months of payments.

this has cost me really badly for medical appointments as I now have to start all over again in queue which will take months! 
 

Please please help & sort this issue.
