not receiving photos by text but can receive text only messages

I can receive text messages, but not ones with photos. iPhone XR with IOS 18.6.2. Please help. Thanks.

    Hi ​@Crakkerd  sorry to hear you are having trouble with this. Is this from any particular number? Do you have iMessage switched on?

    All numbers apparently. iMessage turned on, I think. Thanks so far.

    Hey there ​@Crakkerd, do you have MMS messages enabled and is your bill cap high enough to be charged for sending/receiving MMS messages?

     

    Or are you having issues sending and receiving MMS via iMessage also?
