not receiving SMS verification codes

I have switched to ID mobile and have since not been able to receive SMS verification codes

Thank you for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble receiving SMS verification codes since switching to iD Mobile.

This can sometimes happen due to network or phone settings. To help resolve this, please try the following:

Restart your phone

Check that your network signal is strong

Ensure your SMS service centre number is correctly set (you can find this in your phone’s message settings)

Make sure you don’t have any message blocking or spam filters enabled
