Not receiving SMS verification codes on multiple apps despite working network

Thank you for getting in touch with us, we understand your concerns around OTP codes not arriving, as this can be frustrating.

While some customers do explore virtual number services such as SMS-Man, it’s worth noting that these types of services can be inconsistent for OTP delivery. Many platforms actively detect and block virtual or VoIP numbers, which can result in codes not being delivered or being delayed.

Some numbers are reused or already flagged, causing verification failures.
Delivery can be unreliable depending on the service and platform.
Certain apps (like banking or secure services) may not accept virtual numbers at all.

For critical services like banking, primary accounts, we would always recommend using your personal mobile number, as this provides the most reliable and secure delivery of OTPs.
