Any updates with the text issues, be a week tomorrow since I've been able to receive text from o2 network, I hope we will all be refunded for the service we are paying for but not receiving.

Hi,

I joined ID a while ago, I transferred my phone number from O2. I am not receiving text messages to confirm my log in information for my apps - banking, ring, etc - this is a huge issue for me as I am unable to access so much important data. Please how can I get help? I tried calling ID to no avail. I tried chat help - but you are always busy and unable to help. How do I get this resolved please? Thank you
