I moved to ID mobile last December . Occasionally having issues with network and receiving text messeges but from around 3 weeks i an bot having any messages at all. This started affecting my life as my doctor send me appointment details i cant access , my bank send me authorization texts that i cant access my insurance company send me texts i cant see !!! Please help !! I have restarted my phone so many times , removed my sim card and tried a flight mode. Dont know what to do .

Hi @Klaudiaotto024 sorry to hear this.Is it all text messages that are affected, or is it just the ones with codes (OTP)?
