not recieving phone calls, call failed

hi, 

since 2 days ago i’m unable to revive phone calls, people trying to call me won’t ring saying call failed but i can call them? any ideas?

I’ve been having the same issue, but my Data is working and I can call out. It’s so weird.

I can't make any calls to any other networks apart from those on 3, plus people can't call me.

Hi there ​@Frankie_strollo, ​@Charlie Cullen & ​@Savage29, sorry to hear that. Last week on the date you posted this, there was an issue with EE and Vodaphone, which caused disruption, and stopped users being able to call and receive calls from anyone on those networks. This furthermore had a further impact on other networks, but has since been resolved from last Friday.

 

This issue was with EE and something out of our control, and we sincerely apologise for the issues caused.

 

If you’re still having issues now, please do let us know.

maybe there is something wrong with your settings? or a system bug?

Try to check your Phone settings or try magfone to download a feasible ios version

This has been happening to me since I switched in July. Now my husband and two of my children can’t call me and I can’t call them, and various other people in my contacts. It’s very frustrating as I keep getting messages saying I’ve missed calls.

No, it’s not showing the right number, I’ve tried to change it but it won’t let me

Hey there ​@Blsttda, have you tried the following steps:

 

1) Turn off iMessage (Settings > Apps >  Messages)
2) Restart your phone (by pressing and holding the on/off button)
3) Tap Settings > Apps > Phone > My Number and confirm that it is correct. 
4) If it is not correct, please enter the correct number
5) Turn iMessage back to On (Settings > Messages)
6) Finally, go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive and see if the correct number is displayed under "Start new conversations from:"

If you are having issues with step 4 please reset network settings and try again.

Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

I’ve done everything and now my number is showing properly but still no luck with the phone calls

Wherever I am, some people can get through to me and some can’t. Same with me calling, I can get through to some numbers, it seems to be random

This is really annoying now as I can’t even get through to my workplace which is a landline number
