not reciving calls from abroad while in the uk

I’m sorry you’re having issues receiving calls while in the UK. I understand how frustrating this must be.

As a first step, please try the following checks:

• Restart your phone and toggle Airplane mode ON and OFF
• Check Settings > Mobile Networks and ensure your network is set to automatic selection (iD/Three UK)
• Try removing and reinserting your SIM card (or restarting if you’re using an eSIM)
• Test your SIM in another handset if possible, to rule out a device issue
• Also, please make sure Call Forwarding and Call Blocking settings are turned off on your device.
