number did not move over to new phone

my phone number was supposed to move over when i bought my new phone but there was a problem with the transaction initially and the number has not moved over. what can i do now? I have my PAC code to provide to you

You need to  add PAC onto appropriate web page of id’s website. Use search icon [above] to find it; simples😉
