Number hasn't ported over in the alotted time

I set up the porting of my number to happen yesterday. My old network Three cut me off at 9am and i still haven’t received my e sim. How do i contact iD mobile to sort this out.  I need my phone for work.

Hi there ​@Melania24, have you inserted the iD Mobile SIM card and restarted your phone?

 

All switches complete as late as 10pm on the selected date.
