Number not transferred - live chat no help

My number was due to be transferred on 12/05. My old phone was disconnected around midday on 12th but my number still hasn’t been transferred over. I have contacted live chat multiple times since and just keep being told the it has been passed to the technical team and it will hopefully happen that day. Same issue the next day.

 

I am not getting any actual help/answers. Has anyone else has this issue and it be resolved?
