Hi 

I purchase contract with ID mobile and request to switch number from my current provided, but I had to cancel my contract within return window, problem is switch was planed for tomorrow I try to contact ID customer service since three days without luck. I want to stop switching my number as I returned everything card and phone to ID

I’m really sorry to hear about the trouble you've had trying to get in touch with us. I completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially when you're trying to stop the number switch after returning your phone and SIM card. 
You can request the PAC code via the self-care app or by visiting the 'My Account' section on our website at https://www.idmobile.co.uk/. Once there, simply select 'Plan' and then choose 'Leave iD' to proceed.
 
Alternatively, you can text PAC DDMMYY (where DDMMYY is your date of birth) to 65075, and you will receive your PAC code via text.
